Please read these Terms of Service (the "Terms") carefully. They govern your access to and use of this storefront and every purchase you make on it. By browsing this store or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Who Operates This Store

This store is operated by Nordica Labs (the "Operator," "we," "us," or "our"). Nordica Labs is the merchant of record for orders placed through this store and is responsible for the operation of the storefront, including products offered, pricing, order fulfillment, and customer service.

2. Research Use Only

Every product offered on this store is sold strictly for laboratory research use only. Products are not intended for, and must not be used in, any human or veterinary application of any kind, including consumption, injection, topical application, or use in the diagnosis, treatment, cure, mitigation, or prevention of any disease or condition.

Products sold on this store have not been evaluated or approved by the European Medicines Agency, the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, or any other regulatory authority. Nothing on this store constitutes, or should be read as, a medical claim, medical advice, or a recommendation for any use other than in vitro laboratory research conducted by qualified professionals.

3. Buyer Eligibility

By placing an order, you represent and warrant that:

• you are at least 21 years old;
• you are a researcher, laboratory, educational institution, or other qualified purchaser, or an authorized agent of one, with the training, equipment, and facilities needed to receive, store, and handle research materials safely;
• you are purchasing solely for lawful research purposes; and
• all information you provide in connection with your order is accurate and complete.

4. Buyer Responsibility & Assumption of Risk

You are solely responsible for determining whether any product is suitable for your intended research, and for the safe handling, storage, use, and disposal of every product you purchase. Research materials can be hazardous if mishandled.

You assume all risk of loss, damage, or injury, to yourself, to others, and to property, arising out of or related to your purchase, possession, handling, use, or misuse of any product obtained from this store. The Operator has no control over the conditions under which products are stored, handled, or used after delivery, and accepts no responsibility for the consequences of any use.

5. Prohibited Uses

You may not, under any circumstances:

• use any product purchased from this store in or on humans or animals, or supply it to any person for such use;
• relabel, repackage, or resell any product as a drug, dietary supplement, food, cosmetic, or medical device;
• make medical, therapeutic, or health claims about any product purchased from this store;
• supply products to any person who is not a qualified purchaser under these Terms;
• use this store for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that violates the rights of any third party; or
• scrape, copy, or reuse the store's content, product data, or software except as these Terms allow.

6. Compliance With Law Is Your Responsibility

Laws governing research materials vary by country and region. You are solely responsible for confirming that it is lawful for you to purchase, import, possess, and use each product in your jurisdiction, and for obtaining any license, permit, or registration your research may require.

The Operator may refuse or cancel any order that it believes cannot be lawfully fulfilled, and is not responsible for shipments delayed, seized, or returned by customs or other authorities where the buyer failed to meet local requirements.

7. Orders, Pricing & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. The Operator may accept or decline any order at its discretion, including where a product is out of stock, where fraud is suspected, or where an order cannot be lawfully fulfilled.

Despite careful review, pricing, typographical, or inventory errors can occur. The Operator reserves the right to correct such errors and to cancel any affected order, including after an order confirmation has been sent, with a full refund of any amount paid. Product availability and prices may change at any time without notice. All prices are in euros.

Payments are collected by the Operator through third-party payment processors. Your payment credentials are handled by those processors under their own terms and are not stored by this store.

8. Intellectual Property

The content of this store, including text, product descriptions, images, logos, and branding, is owned by or licensed to the Operator. You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive license to browse the store and make purchases for lawful research purposes; no other rights are granted.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nordica Labs and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your purchase, handling, use, or misuse of any product; (b) your breach of these Terms, including any prohibited use; or (c) your violation of any law or of any right of a third party.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

This store and every product offered on it are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including, without limitation, any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. The Operator does not warrant that the store will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any product is fit for any purpose other than laboratory research.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither the Operator nor its service providers will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or personal injury arising from misuse of a product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Operator and its service providers for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or any order is limited to the amount you actually paid for the product or products giving rise to the claim.

12. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The Operator's failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of its right to do so later.

13. Governing Law

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of any purchase from this store, are governed by the laws of the Operator's country of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, unless the Operator publishes a different governing-law choice elsewhere on this store. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence are not affected where they apply.

14. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place an order is the version that applies to that order. Continued use of the store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
