Privacy Policy

Last updated August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Nordica Labs collects when you use this store, why it is collected, how long it is kept, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Norwegian Personal Data Act. It applies to this storefront only.

Who controls your data

Nordica Labs is the data controller for personal data collected through this store. Requests about your data can be sent through the contact page on this store.

The store is operated by Nordicalabs FZ-LLC, FOAM3197 Compass Building, Al Shohada Road, Al Hamra Industrial Zone-FZ, Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Registration number: 0000004097515.

The storefront is hosted on Lovable and Supabase infrastructure, which act as data processors on behalf of Nordica Labs and process data only to provide the website and store.

What we collect

Order data: your name, email address, delivery address, the items you order, and your order history with this store.

Account data: if you create an account, your email address and sign-in details.

Usage data: pages viewed, cart activity, a randomly generated session identifier, referral source and campaign parameters, used for this store's own analytics.

Device data: general browser and device information sent automatically with every web request.

We do not collect or store card numbers or bank credentials. Payments are handled by third-party payment providers under their own privacy policies.

Why we process it, and on what legal basis

To fulfil your order, take payment and provide support — necessary for performance of a contract with you (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).

To meet accounting, tax and customs obligations — necessary for compliance with a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c)).

To keep the store secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and understand how the store is used — our legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)).

To send marketing messages, where you have asked to receive them — your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), which you may withdraw at any time.

How long we keep it

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as Swedish and Norwegian accounting law requires, currently seven years from the end of the financial year in which the order was placed.

Account data is kept while your account is open, and is deleted on request.

Analytics data is kept in a reduced form and is not used to identify you personally.

Who we share it with

Personal data is shared only with the parties needed to run the store: our payment providers, our shipping and fulfilment partners, and our hosting providers (Lovable and Supabase). None of them may use your data for their own purposes.

We do not sell personal data.

Transfers outside the EEA

Some of our providers process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, the transfer is made under the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have your data erased where there is no continuing reason to keep it; to restrict or object to how we process it; to receive it in a portable, machine-readable format; and to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us through the contact page on this store. We answer within one month.

Complaints

If you believe your data has been handled unlawfully, you may complain to your national supervisory authority. In Sweden this is Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY, imy.se). In Norway it is Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.no).

Cookies and analytics

This store uses cookies and similar technologies that are necessary for the site to work — keeping you signed in and remembering your cart — and, where you allow it, analytics that help us understand how the store is used. You can clear or block cookies in your browser, though parts of the store may stop working if you block the necessary ones.

If this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page with a new date.
