Cold-chain from fill to door
Temperature-aware packaging and tracked shipping that keep material stable in transit across the EU and Norway.

Peptide stability in solution is temperature-dependent, so our logistics are built around keeping material cold and consistent from the moment a pen is filled.
Shipping to EU and Norway
We ship to the EU and Norway with tracked, temperature-aware packaging. Transit time is the single largest variable in cold-chain reliability, and a short route is a cold route.
Packaging
Shipments leave in insulated mailers. Where the compound and the season call for it, gel-cooled inserts are sized to the expected transit rather than added by default, since an undersized cooler is worse than none at all once it warms.
Every shipment is tracked, so the clock on a consignment is visible rather than inferred.
On arrival
Move the pen to refrigeration between 2 and 8 degrees Celsius as soon as it arrives. Do not put it in a freezer.
Freezing is the one handling error that damages a pre-filled pen immediately: ice crystals disrupt the peptide in solution, and the expansion can crack the cartridge or compromise its seal. A pen that has been frozen should not be treated as sound material even if it looks intact.
